Good for my small biz

Decent hosting, some hiccups

I signed up for the E-commerce Hosting and it's mostly been good. The site speed is decent, and the included SSL Certificate was a plus. However, the initial setup took a bit longer than I expected, and I had to dig through some FAQs to find the right guide. Customer service was responsive when I finally called, but it would be great if the onboarding was a bit more intuitive. Overall, it's a solid service for the price, but there's room for improvement on the user experience side.

I moved from GoDaddy to AT&T a couple of years ago. AT&T's customer support felt a bit more responsive to me, and their business-focused tools are pretty good. GoDaddy has a ton of options too, but sometimes it felt a bit overwhelming.

Depends on what you need. AT&T tends to focus more on the small business complete solution with internet and everything, whereas GoDaddy is just a massive hosting platform. Both are solid though.

It wasn't too bad for me. There are usually a few steps like unlocking the domain at your old provider and getting an authorization code, but AT&T has instructions for it. Just follow those.
